A personal connection with a teacher is the way yoga has been transmitted for thousands of years. Private yoga sessions are a great way to accelerate your practice and realize your full potential; they provide a setting where your individual needs are completely addressed. Yoga postures and Pranayama (breath work) are chosen and developed to meet your specific needs.  Learning and practicing postures and breath work at your own pace is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.  Through an approach that is gradual and gentle, you can experience how the subtle power of yoga works with all aspects of your being.

Classes are taught to individuals or small groups at the comfort of your home or vacation villa.

You may want to consider private instruction if:

  • You are a beginner and prefer to be introduced to yoga in a private rather than a classroom setting.
  • You are an experienced practitioner seeking to gain a deeper understanding of your body, gain symmetry, deepen your practice, or work to overcome specific challenges.
  • You are seeking guidance to develop a personalized home practice.

  • You have chronic pain or injury such as neck, wrist, shoulder, back, or knee.
  • You have health concerns such as digestive disorders, women’s issues, stress, arthritis, insomnia, headaches, etc.
